We are glad to hear about
The following kinds of message are always welcome and tend to get the fastest reply:
- Factual corrections to an existing entry, with a source we can verify
- Suggestions for new entries, especially widely-recognized 中成药 we have not yet covered
- Translation feedback in English, Chinese, German, or French
- Editorial method questions or comments on how we handle the three layers
- Reports of broken links or technical issues

What we cannot answer
We are not doctors, pharmacists, or TCM practitioners, and we cannot give personal medical advice. If you are wondering whether a particular 中成药 is right for you, please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner familiar with both Chinese and Western medicine. We will not respond to messages asking for personal medical guidance, product recommendations, dosage instructions, or "what should I take for X" questions — not because we do not care, but because we are not the right people to answer them.

Response time
We aim to reply within two weeks. Editorial corrections are usually addressed within a month. Translation feedback may take longer, especially in the less-edited languages. If your message is urgent (for example, a clear factual error that could mislead readers), please flag it in the subject line.
